Well, this is kind of weird (and not safe for work)—a PSA from JWT London about how men should check themselves for testicular cancer. But it stars lingerie model Rhian Sugden, who is female, you point out. That’s correct. She can’t demonstrate the proper technique for a testicular-cancer self-check, you claim. Well, just watch. It’s definitely the most ballsy ad we’ve seen since last year’s True Clean Towel spot.
Isaiah Mustafa suddenly has some competition. Copyranter points us to this new Old Spice spot from Wieden + Kennedy, in which a brand-new super-suave, non-Mustafian spokesman treks through a jungle in pursuit of a woman, pitching the brand’s Danger Zone line of products, but getting ravaged along the way by snakes, crocodiles, and pirañas—not to mention hit by a bus. His legs, in particular, get scraped up pretty badly by the end. After a fewunderwhelming Mustafa spots of late, this commercial is a breath of fresh air. The writing is wonderful (“Danger excites me. But I can’t fully enjoy it when I smell like fear and body odor”), and the visuals are hilarious. Effects were done by The Mill, which recaps the process here. UPDATE: This Danger Zone work is airing outside the U.S., so Isaiah is probably safe—for now.

Do you remember playing with an Etch A Sketch? I loved my Etch A Sketch when I was little. I played with it every day for years. Recently, I even considered buying myself another one, just for the fun of it. It’s one of those classic toys that never goes out of style.
Several months ago, my friend Misty wrote an article on this blog called Etched A Sketch Inspiration This post is a follow up because I just can’t get enough. I recently learned that if you do any research on Etch A Sketch art, the name George Vlosich III comes up everywhere.
George is known as the best Etch A Sketcher in the world. The detail in his work will blow your mind. One of his masterpieces takes over 70 hours to create. According to http://www.gvetchedintime.com, “His work has been described as the one continuous line that continues to amaze the world.” I cannot even imagine the patience it would take to create something like this. His award winning artwork has been inspiring people for over twenty years. I hope you like this as much as I do!
